We are pleased to announce that Rabobank will be upgrading its computer system after the close of business on Friday, July 11, 2008.
Important Information About Your Accounts and Services
The Systems Upgrade Information Center has now been updated to include systems upgrade communications that we recently sent to you by U.S. mail. These communications contain specific details on the account and service changes resulting from our systems upgrade.
Account Numbers: Your account numbers will remain the same.
ATM/Debit Cards: You may continue to use your existing ATM/debit card. In late June, you will receive a new Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Checks: You may continue to use your existing checks.
Online Banking: Account access will be transferred to RabobankAmerica.com on July 14.
Phone Banking: Account access will be transferred to InfoLine Touchtone Banking at 1 (800) 942-6222 on July 14.

June 30, 2008 – Download the Online Banking Systems Upgrade Checklist to prepare for the July transition to RabobankAmerica.com.
July 11, 2008 – At 5 p.m. our computer systems upgrade and transition to RabobankAmerica.com will begin.
July 14, 2008 – At 8 a.m. Home Banking and Business Cash Manager users may begin accessing their account activity from RabobankAmerica.com.
